The process of bringing all leaders and activists associated with the Bangladesh Awami League’s student organization Chhatra League under the law is underway.
It is worth noting that the current government of Bangladesh is reluctant to identify and punish the Chhatra League leaders who participated in the July Movement.
Under the leadership of Sylhet Metropolitan Chhatra League leader Md. Raihan Ahmed, Senior Vice President of Chhatra League Ward No. 25, Mahmud Naeem, Vice President of Chhatra League Ward No. 7, Abdul Aual Sojib. Allegations of attack on students in Sylhet on July 29. In line with that, the interim Bangladesh government is working to bring all of them under the law.
